Another literal outlier from the far flung region of the Agulhas Wine Triangle, on the Southern Tip of the African continent. This bottling is an exploration in acidity, as the cool coastal Agulhas climate delivers a bracing expression of Sauvignon Blanc that is very hard to replicate in South Africa’s other growing regions.
